Flying Hours

Dad was a farmer and a pilot. Maybe these are connected; outside, horizontal and being surrounded by weather. He always had a private plane of some sort, they are listed in this log. He began his flight log and his training Feb 5, 1948 while he lived at the YMCA in Minneapolis, Minnesota, room 510.  The last entry is May 17, 2000 in the Glasair N237JH 180 he’d built. He went solo at 3:30pm for an hour and a half. In the remark section he wrote: ‘Verios’. His stroke took away his speech and spelling, but not his flying. Such a beautiful signature.

Speechless and thankful someone is thinking about people not politics.
Mr. McCain said. “I believe we could do better working together, Republicans and Democrats, and have not yet really tried. Nor could I support it without knowing how much it will cost, how it will affect insurance premiums, and how many people will be helped or hurt by it.” #robroykelly tension lines. I learned the value of this study years ago working with Rob and every year am proud to pass it on to my 2d class. #meca #mymecawork Best before 8:30am morning on a school day ever. #maineaudubon #gilsonfarm #birding Core class warm up: a summer event using type only, black and while only.
